Alex Pak received his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 2015. In 2019, he received his Juris Doctor degree from Touro Law. While at Touro Law, Mr. Pak had the opportunity to work for the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office.After graduating from law school, Mr. Pak served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Mark J. Nelson, J.S.C., in the Hudson County Superior Court. Mr. Pak was admitted to the New Jersey State Bar in 2020. Mr. Pak served as an Assistant Prosecutor for the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office from 2020-2023. During his time there, Mr. Pak prosecuted a wide range of indictable offenses on the Superior Court level ranging from theft-related crimes to homicide. Mr. Pak was then assigned to the Special Victim’s Unit at the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office where he gained further experience in criminal law. Mr. Pak is an active member of the Hudson County Bar Associaton.
